National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE)
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) is committed to creating a world free from sexual abuse and exploitation. With a team of 26 employees, we are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Coordinator to provide in-house tech-support and assist with Human Resources and Facilities operations. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of critical processes within the organization.
Position Summary:
The coordinator will provide operational support across HR, Facilities, and Tech-support functions. This role involves managing office facilities, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, supporting internships, and troubleshooting IT/AV issues.
Schedule: In Office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday.... Hours: 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR Administration (45% - 50%)
- Assist the HR Director with job postings, candidate screening, and supporting managers through the interview process.
- Respond to employee benefits inquiries and manage benefits enrollment.
- Support the preparation and management of contractor agreements and onboarding.
- Other duties HR duties
Facilities Management (30%)
- Maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the office, including kitchen supplies and general office tidiness.
- Manage mail, shipping, package deliveries, and distribution to team members.
- Oversee office amenities, coordinate repairs or maintenance with building management, and manage key cards for new hires.
- Administer the external use of meeting spaces.
- Answer the main phone line and oversee the HR Intern.
Tech and AV Support (20%)
- Prepare and set up audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations in conference rooms for periodic events.
- Rearrange conference room layouts to accommodate presenter needs and logistical requirements for staff events or activities.
- Report and collaborate with the HR Operations and Media Teams to troubleshoot IT issues.
- Partner with external IT contractor to assist in resolving laptop and other technical problems for employees.
- Track and assign IT equipment, including laptops, and maintain office equipment.
- Assist in managing organizational platforms, including Asana, Egnyte, Office 365, and DocuSign.
Qualifications:

- Associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 5 years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a small to mid-sized organization.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Abilities:

- Proven experience in Human Resources and office management.
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as moving furniture and walking during events.
