What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at NATIONAL CHIMNEY?
Pay Range: $17- $20/hourly
Shift Hours: 8 am- 5 pm
Shift Schedule: Monday- Friday
Location: South Burlington, VT

Responsibilities:
- Place orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers
- Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone and written emails.
- Provide product information to customers
- Identify customer’s needs in order to guide customer with product recommendations
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Participate in outbound call campaign contests
- Document notes on accounts in order to enhance future customer experiences
- Process returns and purchases orders when appropriate
- Complete End of Day procedures and filing of shipped orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service provided at all times REQUIRED
- Professional Phone and Listening Skills REQUIRED
- Customer Service Experience a PLUS!
- Strong Typing Skills a PLUS!
- MAS-Sage 100 Experience a PLUS!
- Highly Organized, Proactive, and Possess Strong Follow-Up and Investigative Skills
- Ability to Multitask, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively
