Salary : $235,000 - $250,000 base with quarterly bonus incentives

The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50 multi-disciplinaryclinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob / gyn,nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhancedcontinuity of care for patients.
Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case / care managers,medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for cliniciansand patients.

About this Role : Family Medicine Physician
Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia. Have easy access to Washington DC or Baltimore!
Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 - 5 : 00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour daysafter a few months )
Patients per day : 14-16
Follow all departmental policies and procedures
Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
On call : 1 : 10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
Team Size : 3 MD's & 13 APP's
Background Desired : Family Medicine Physician
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary
