National Coatings & Supplies is looking for a new Assistant Store Manager to join our team!
Assistant Store Manager Duties :
- Assist with hiring, orienting, training, supervising, evaluating, motivating, communicating with, leading and disciplining all employees in store
- Ensure planning, direction, and scheduling of employee work in order to optimize labor utilization and align with workflow and profitability
- Maintain inventory control and direct the taking of inventory in order to optimize cash flow for the organization
- Enforce and follow all rules, policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with State and Federal Laws, DOT and OSHA Regulations
- Monitor customer pricing for strict control of gross-profit margins
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
- Maintain relationships with key customers
- Other duties assigned
