Examples of Work Performed : Manages the security of all athletic venues and facilities. Reviews overall work schedules related to athletic events. Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with department, University, Southeastern Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Communicates with business office to maintain a running balance of expenditures. Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.

Essential Functions : These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.

  • Establishes and executes day-to-day operational functions and goals of events to align with existing strategy.
  • Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit operational policies and procedures.
  • Assists in maintaining the budget, approves expenditures and coordinates resources and services.
  • Establishes and sustains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and makes recommendations in the bidding process and contractual services agreements.

Minimum Requirements : 3 years relevant supervisory experience.
