Job Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in customizations & configurations to join our CRM team. As a Microsoft Dynamics developer, you will play a crucial role in customizing, configuring, & optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) platform to meet the unique business requirements of our team. You will work closely with the CRM project team, end-users, and stakeholders to understand their needs and implement effective solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Perform configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics, including but not limited to entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration.
- Assist with managing Microsoft Dynamics solutions and perform deployment related activities.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals, to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
- Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.
- Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
