Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Contribute to training development initiatives for new hires and ongoing staff education.
- Support human resources functions by assisting with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Participate in budgeting activities to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents and emails
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Work within Sage and be able to handle AP/AR duties
- Perform all other office tasks
- Maybe asked to perform warehousing tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.15 - $19.18 per hour
