What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Support Representative position at National Construction Workforce?
As a representative of NCW’s Field Support team, you will be the face of the NCW brand to our field employees. You will have the opportunity to travel to various job sites across the country as needed and act as a liaison between the field employees and our client’s field contacts. You will play an integral role in building deeply rooted partnerships with our clients and maintaining our fiercely protective approach to job site safety.WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE : Traveling across the country as needed to job sites to address necessary issues or walk employees onto a job Checking in with foreman and field employees on job sites Calling field employees to make sure they have everything they need for the job Judgment calls problem-solving (independently or with others on the team / Field Support Manager) Participation as an active member of the NCW Safety Committee Communicating safety culture to NCW employees Collaboration with the Safety Manager to schedule & recruit employees and / or clients for safety trainings Facilitation of employee disciplinary system for safety violations Building relationships with our competitor’s recruits on jobsites to build a network of field talent targets Gathering contractor information to report to BD Developing relationships with “manpower influencers” to sell NCW services and connect them with BD / RSMWHAT YOU'LL NEED : Bilingual in Spanish / English Interpersonal skills Desire freedom to travel extensively Ability to make judgment calls when necessary Independence willingness to take initiative Previous experience with specialized / technical work requiringspecial training, experience or knowledge Desire to earn OSHA 500 certification (if not already earned) Curiosity to become familiar with field operations and administrativeoperations as it relates to our field employeesWHAT WE PROMISE : killer benefits the most fun you’ll ever have whileworking hard empowerment growth opportunities support beverages & snacks challenges that are rewarding
