- Capture relationships between roles, capabilities, and organizational units to improve business efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise strategy, or process improvement.
- Experience with business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
