About the Role
This position plays a crucial part in driving new business development within a designated geographic region. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering awareness of our products and services among clients and prospects. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships within the HOA market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute a targeted calling program to engage with clients and prospects, promoting our bank's offerings and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with various divisions and departments to provide exceptional customer service and address client queries related to our products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and pricing, as well as our bank's credit policies, to effectively advise clients and drive business growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HOA banking (lending and deposit generation) or 5 years within the HOA management industry (in a finance capacity).
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification.
- Proven sales experience and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
