Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services to clients
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Conduct case management and crisis interventions
- Perform psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments (Behavioral, Substance Abuse, Economic Self-Sufficiency)
- Facilitate Wraparound Team Meetings
