Position Overview
We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Outpatient Therapists to provide high-quality mental health services to clients in Richmond, VA. This position is ideal for licensed or license-eligible professionals looking to grow their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Location: Richmond, VA
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
- Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
- Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.
- Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
