Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Rogers in Athens, TN, for a full time Dental Lab Technician II.
The regular hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Process outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Facilitate assigned technical areas (Fixed/Implants/Appliances) technical calls
- Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate.
- Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
- Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
- QC data with department manager for resolution
- Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of direct dental customer service experience on technical related issues
- PC literacy required: MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
