Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Lab in Mechanicsburg, PA for a Scheduling & Shipping and Receiving Specialist.
The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Scheduling cases in Magic Touch, printing work tickets and attached to case pans.
- Answering telephones.
- Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction which includes wearing protective gear.
- Assisting with shipping cases with FedEx software and properly maintaining database integrity and account naming procedures.
- Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases.
- Responsible for contacting local drivers for scheduling pick-ups.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris.
- Assist with filing completed paperwork properly.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required

- Disinfectant process chemicals
- Personal protective equipment as required.

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
