Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Florida Lab in Orlando, FL for a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk.
The regular hours for this position are from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position :
Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production while wearing proper PPE
Label all case contents with pan number
Accurately enter information on incoming cases into computer system and generate work cards
Communicate with S&R Team Lead
Code cases in preparation for data entry
Ensure cases are scheduled properly before invoicing
Match invoice with appropriate case for packing
Ensure cases are packed and ready for delivery to meet Dr. due dates / times
Make necessary changes to computer work cards to place cases on "hold", change dates, codes, etc.
Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
Look up previous paperwork in files as needed for case information or reworks
Coordinate with Logistics manager for pick-ups and deliveries of cases
Answer inbound calls and assist customer or transfer to appropriate Team Member
Make outbound calls for due date changes, collect additional information on cases
Monitor hold shelf for old cases that can be cancelled / returned to office
Stock S&R supplies
All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required :
- Required : High school diploma or GED equivalent
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used :
Disinfectant process chemicals

Disinfectant wipes for sanitizing work space
Physical Requirements :
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and / or reach
