Builder Project Manager
Overview: National Carpet Outlet, Inc., National Granite Luxuries, LLP, dba/ National Design Mart's Builder Project Manager is responsible for finding sales opportunities, maintaining current accounts and relationships with local contractors. Sales techniques, developing relationships, following through with commitments, and clear communication are all components of this position. A strong belief in the company’s vision and the ability to execute its core values are necessary.

- Previous experience in a sales driven customer service environment.
- Previous knowledge and experience in the flooring industry; demonstrated ability to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to use personal vehicle for traveling to various job sites.
Responsibilities
- Sales Activities (90%)
- Maintain current accounts by anticipating customer needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and target prospective accounts.
- Assist customers in a timely and efficient manner with current projects and related product knowledge.
- Communicate scheduling and delivery commitments.
- Quote and estimate projects using computerized systems (RFMS and RFMS Measure).
- Complete sales using computerized systems (RFMS).
- Knowledge & Training (10%)
- Identify personal growth needs and improvement opportunities.
- Learn and become proficient in companywide flooring software (RFMS).
- Suggest processes to improve operational efficiencies.
Physical Aspects
- Standing, walking, and or driving for up to 4 hours consistently.
- Ability to move in, among, and through a variety of construction job sites.
- Occasional lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a retail store environment.
