Customer Care Specialist
Overview: National Design Mart, National Carpet Mill Outlet and National Granite Luxuries Customer Care Specialist performs a variety of support tasks to offer exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Managing work orders to completion; including quoting, invoicing, and closing.
- Communicating with other departments such as Claims, Sales, and Installation.
- Communicating with customers, homeowners, and builders in-person or over the phone.
- Determining the quickest, most effective way to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
- Manage ticket system regularly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Physical Aspects
- Standing up and/or walking for up to 4 hours semi consistently.
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Working in a retail store environment.
Equipment Used
- Use and operate a multiline phone system.
- Complete sales transactions using a computerized cash register system (RFMS).
- Happy Fox used for ticket management.
