Job Summary: A Job Site Supervisor at National Design Mart is responsible for the completion of projects by utilizing blueprints and other instructions given to them by the Project Managers. Job Site Supervisors watch over the labor being performed to ensure the final product meets specifications.

Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Perform and document a Pre-Check to asses if each job site is within acceptable parameters prior to installation. Variables include, but are not limited to, the completion of all other necessary trade work, humidity levels, and subfloor moisture levels.
- Monitor installation daily to ensure Installers are following manufacturing, layout, and material specifications.
- Conduct and document daily checks to ensure Installers are upholding National Design Mart’s standard of behavior, timeliness, and excellent customer service.
- Perform and document a Post Inspection to confirm that the quality of the installation meets National Design Mart’s standards. Variables include, but are not limited to, a properly cleaned job site, seam checks, and proper floor covering.
- Participate in mandatory weekly Site Supervisor meetings to stay informed on any necessary updates from management.
- Maintain detailed reporting and photos in job site documentation app (CompanyCam).
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and upper management when necessary.
- Maintain upkeep of company vehicle including cleanliness and reporting any need for repairs or servicing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the flooring industry required (1-2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member; strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, and/or driving for up to 4 hours consistently.
- Ability to move in, among, and through a variety of construction job sites.
- Occasional lifting, up to 80 lbs.

- Office/Warehouse
Work Schedule:
- Full Time, Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm
- 30 minute uninterrupted lunch break
