Job Title: Supplier Management Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: This position is responsible for monitoring, tracking, analyzing, auditing and identifying opportunities for all financial terms and conditions for NDC supplier agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with supplier management leadership, finance and accounting to identify, report, and analyze supplier revenue to be collected
• Execute monthly budgeting and forecasting functions for supplier revenue
• Pull purchase and special contract data from databases for reporting purposes
• Communicate with supplier partners to validate and confirm data
• Enter or modify program details into Salesforce
• Interpret language of supplier agreements to determine revenue due
• Monitor terms and conditions of supplier agreements
• Responsible for supplier growth incentives that are down streamed to NDC distributors
• Provide ad hoc reporting & analytics to management as requested
• Participate, if necessary, in explanation of documentation or other information to external auditors

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system like Salesforce is a plus.
• Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement is a plus.
