Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Grasshopper for design and modeling

Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure project success

Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for projects

Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors

Engage in business development activities to acquire new projects

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and ArchiCAD

Experience with software tools like Grasshopper, Bluebeam, and other design applications

Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract negotiation
