National Enterprise Systems was founded in 1987 as a full-service collection agency. Through the years, NES has grown to service a full range of account receivables nationwide, including student loans. We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Call Monitoring Representative who is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
This individual will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating collection calls in adherence to client specifications and relevant federal and state regulations.

Job Responsibilities
- Listen to call recordings and find compliance issues
- Ensuring adherence to all applicable state and federal laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Complete required forms based on call findings and communicate the results to the impacted individuals
Schedule and Benefits
- Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.
