Skills We Are Looking For

• Support the Amusement Manager in the daily operations of game rooms.-
• Maintain the appearance and playability of equipment through proper execution of technical criteria and machine repair as needed.
• Maintain the condition and appearance of location.
• Accountable for providing legendary customer service and assisting customers as needed
• Assign and perform daily cleaning assignments
• Accurate cash handling and processing of transactions.
• Proficient use of computers and mobile technology for various tasks
• Ability to safely move and reposition large equipment within the game room
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with flashing lights and amplified sound
• Capability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on machines while customers are actively playing
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Saturday work required weekly
• Ability to perform preventive and aesthetic maintenance on game room equipment.
• Strong mechanical repair aptitude strongly preferred. Capability to troubleshoot common equipment problems and properly identify components to include fuses, capacitors, transistors
• Previous retail or service-oriented experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs
• Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
