NATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK LLC is an amusement vending service provider with over 55,000 machines in over 15,000 locations across the country. We are looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. This full-time position requires regular attendance at our Louisville, CO office.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of general ledger, GAAP, and the ability to research related issues. They will possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and basic to intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly and monthly vehicle fleet invoices for processing
- Performs monthly bank reconciliations for all assigned accounts
- Identifies process and internal control weaknesses and works with management to develop and implement solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college
- A minimum of two years of accounting and fixed asset accounting experience
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
