This full-time position works physically from our office in Louisville, CO. Regular, reliable attendance at our facility is a requirement of this position as there is no remote option available.
NEN, owned by Japan-based arcade company GENDA, is the nation’s dominant amusement vending service provider. Over its 30 year history, NEN has defined front-end retail and restaurant entertainment with a diverse portfolio of offerings including skill-crane games, capsule toy / confection stands, video games, and kiddie rides. NEN has over 55,000 machines in over 15,000 locations across the country.
This individual will manage, oversee and supervise the company’s telecommunication systems and networks including the expansion of a wireless network that could exceed 5,000 nodes. They will provide general IT support to all company and contract users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Proactively monitor network activity using various industry tools to identify potential issues and resolve issues promptly once identified.
- Maintain users access according to policies and procedures.
- Prioritize issues that need to be resolved and escalate when necessary, according to company policy.
- Collect and assess performance reports from varied systems, provide summarized reporting to senior staff.
- Configure, install, update and maintain company’s office routers, switches and servers.
- Add, modify, move, and delete applications, systems, and infrastructure services including virtual services.
- Provide patch management on infrastructure including applications, servers, operating systems, switches, routers, storage and firewalls.
- Ensure networks are protected from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data by developing and monitoring security procedures.
- Create scope of work and properly document all project requests.
- Effectively and accurately communicate with management and internal clients regarding project status, issue identification and remediation.
- Test and maintain systems to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to internal clients and recommend improvements to existing systems as necessary.
- Provide end user support to all company users covering all aspect of information technology.

Salary $60 - $75k annually
