The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an ?at-will? relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the Agency have the right to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee.

Qualifications
Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience OR MA/MS Degree
Disaster budget specialist will provide technical guidance on budget formulation and execution specifically for programs and projects supporting recovery and rebuilding efforts related to the consequences of wildfires, hurricanes, and other natural disasters during the FY25 timeframe. The specialist will assist in preparing budget briefings to the leadership team, ensuring financial planning and execution align with disaster recovery objectives and the efficient use of authorized funds.

Qualifications

- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI)

- Develop Financial plans for both short-term goals to help the organization achieve disaster and recovery activities objectives. Keep budget information in the organization's systems up to date and check it regularly to make sure it is accurate and correct. 25%
- Create detailed disaster funds reports for leadership, highlighting financial results and progress towards goals. Review the financial disaster funds guidelines to understand how they impact the organization's plan and suggest ways to enhance the financial process. 25%
