The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an ?at-will? relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the Agency have the right to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee.

Qualifications
Minimum of 30 year(s) of experience OR MA/MS Degree in Biology
Incumbent is responsible for reviewing and evaluating migratory bird programs and activities under the AD-MB purview in relation to proposed grant making, budget, regulations, technical program changes, or other issues for decision by the Assistant Director. Advises the AD-MB as to implications or potential impact, recommends modifications or courses of action as appropriate for communications, regulations, decision papers, or stakeholder relations.
