Job Description: At National Express LLC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced School Bus Driver to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a school bus or other location-specific vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
- Ensure the safe transportation of students and staff.
- Report to duty on time and maintain the route on time but in a safe manner.
- Physically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency.
- Immediately report any accident or incident per Company policy.
Requirements:
- Meet the requirements for a commercial driver's license (CDL) and have a valid CDL with the appropriate endorsements.
- Have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
- Be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
