As a leader in this role, you'll have three key functions to drive success:
Recruit: Harness our proven systems and processes to attract the best and brightest talent to your team.
Train: Become a master of our proven sales processes and empower new agents with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive. You'll lead by example, actively executing sales processes alongside your team.
Personal Sales: Lead from the front by maximizing your own personal production. Your success sets the standard for excellence and inspires others to follow suit.
