JOB SUMMARY :
Primary responsibilities include creating digital experiences, managing WordPress websites and email campaigns through ActiveCampaign. Additionally would need to be able to create content, graphic design, manage website & email analytics and create reporting for campaigns and marketing strategies.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (WORDPRESS) :
Maintain, update, and optimize the company's WordPress website to ensure a seamless user experience.
Design and implement responsive layouts with a keen eye for visual appeal and usability.
Collaborate with team members to create landing pages, update content, and troubleshoot issues.
EMAIL MARKETING (ACTIVECAMPAIGN) :
Design, develop, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
Manage email lists, segment audiences, and monitor campaign performance.
Analyze and report on email metrics to improve engagement and conversions.
CONTENT CREATION & STRATEGY :
Develop compelling, on-brand content for digital channels, including blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Translate complex ideas into simple, relatable stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and contributes to overall marketing goals.
GRAPHIC DESIGN :
Create visually appealing graphics for web and email, adhering to brand guidelines.
Enhance user engagement through thoughtful design elements and layouts.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING :
Set up and manage Google Analytics for tracking website and email performance.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
COLLABORATION & ORGANIZATION :
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments to align content with business objectives.
Manage project timelines effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and innovation.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Proficient in WordPress, including managing plugins, themes, and customizations.
Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with attention to detail and tone.
Strong understanding of content layout concepts, responsive design, and usability best practices.
Expertise in Google Analytics, including set-up, tracking, and reporting.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
A natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools, techniques, and trends in digital marketing.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field or 3 years of experience in digital content management, website administration, or email marketing.
