Summary of Role : This full-time position is within the Employee Benefits department. The role involves collaborating with the local and regional communications team to support the employee benefits sales and service teams by creating and updating print and digital materials that strengthen client relationships. Key deliverables include sales materials, client-facing documents for consulting meetings, and educational resources designed to promote employee benefits and well-being for NFP clients. The ideal candidate should be flexible, have a positive attitude, and possess excellent time management skills, as requests will come from multiple sources within NFP. Meeting client deadlines is critical to success in this role.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
