Position Summary & Overall purpose :
Lenox is committed to fostering a people-centric workplace that helps you learn and grow as you prepare for life after college. The Business & Strategic Solutions intern will spend 10 weeks assisting with a wide range of data projects across the organization. This is a cross-functional role and will give the intern a wide variety of opportunities to work with employees from multiple departments. The data analyst role will be doing significant work leveraging Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Primary responsibilities include the following :
- Process Improvement & Support
Assist with extraction, aggregation, and merging of data across multiple data sources.
Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports using Excel or other tools.
Help schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
The hourly range for this position is $20.00 $25.00 per hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
