Job Description: The Role A Business Analyst within the Client Experience division is responsible for facilitating Entity Change events. The Business Analyst scope is internal events defined as existing advisors or one of the parties onboarded onto the Fidelity RIA platform. The main events are defined as Merger and Acquisitions and Name/Ownership changes. Responsibilities include merging the business structure under the Receiving RIA’s internal record and updating the RIA name across the platform. This is accomplished by performing a detailed analysis of the RIA’s business and operational dependencies and implementing those settings through focused tasks. This role will work on events varying in size, complexity, and scope. The individual will be expected to have a detailed understanding of the various products and services as well as work with internal business partners to coordinate the activities. The Business Analyst will be required to follow detailed processes and procedures and become a subject matter expert in the required areas. This is a client facing position that has significant impact on the client's overall satisfaction within the RIA space. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s Degree or Commensurate Work Experience Financial intermediary channel experience preferred (RIAs, Banks, and Broker/Dealers) Client facing service experience required Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a willingness to make the extra effort to resolve issues Ability to work in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated, self-directed and an independent problem solver Flexible/adaptive to change Obsessed with delivering a superior client experience to our financial intermediary client base The Team The Business Analyst team consists of Fidelity associates whose main responsibility is to consult regularly with Advisors to integrate their business relationship under one firm record. The team is part of a larger group, Client Conversion Services (CCS) which falls under the Client Experience division within the Fidelity Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology group. Associates within Client Experience are responsible for most of the client’s interactions with Fidelity and is therefore primarily responsible for the client experience with the Fidelity brand. Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$100,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
