Job Description: The Role As a Senior Representative, Settlement Support on the Mutual Fund ACAT Settlements team, you will use your skills to resolve ACAT fails in a timely manner through contact with contra firms and by coordinating the accurate transfer of assets. This role requires an observant and inquisitive nature to identify patterns and problems in the work and an initiative to search for solutions to these issues. The role provides opportunities to contribute to system development, process improvements and working across Fidelity. The Expertise and Skills You Bring College degree preferred 1 years of experience in back-office operations of mutual funds preferred 1 years of industry related experience in either a brokerage firm or clearing firm Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to engage with contra firms, mutual fund families and internal business partners Strong organizational and time-management skills Analytical skills and the initiative to tackle complex problems Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team The Team The ACAT Settlements team is a part of the Operations and Service Group that supports Asset Services. The team handles the cleanup and closure of ACAT fails for banks, broker dealers and alternate agents, CDSC remittance, Share Lot Aging, and trade rejects. The team works with members across the Mutual Fund and Transfer of Assets groups.
