Your Role:
Before the Job:
- Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready and loaded in the company vehicle.
On the Job:
- Seal, label, and document all joints, penetrations, and openings.
- Keep the jobsite organized and free of debris.
- Clean equipment and store materials properly at the end of each day.
- Assist field technicians with various tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Learn firestopping installation basics.
- Participate in weekly safety meetings.
- Maintain company vehicles in clean and working order.
What We're Looking For:
- Practical knowledge of hand tools and construction sites.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Comfortably climb ladders and work at heights of 10 feet.
Locations:
Work in healthcare facilities and new construction sites throughout New England. This role requires at least 50% travel. Our offices are located in Saco, ME, Lakeland, FL, and Raleigh, NC.
