Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, lasting connections with fleet managers, service departments, and transportation leaders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our shop and mobile teams to ensure a seamless, customer-centric service experience.
- Travel Commitment: Manage your territory locally with the flexibility to travel out-of-town for approximately two weeks each month as our expansion demands.
- Profit Growth: Drive gross profit (GP$) growth through strategic sales execution and partnership development.
- Brand Advocacy: Embody and promote NFM’s vision, core values, and commitment to continuous growth.
