About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll be in the trenches with your team, leading by example, making tough decisions, and driving results.
- Hours : 50-60 hours per week. We’re looking for someone who’s all-in and committed to leading by example.
- Responsibilities : Oversee operations, manage teams, ensure profitability, and develop processes that scale. You’ll be at the center of our success, holding yourself and your team to the highest standards.
- Location : Based in Statesville, NC, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
