Parts Manager – HDTS
Greensboro, NC | Full-Time | Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Rotating Saturdays
Salary: $52,500–$60,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do (AKA your genius zone):
- Own the day-to-day of our parts department like a pro
- Build and grow real relationships with our pro customers (they’ll love you)
- Get deep into inventory, sourcing, quoting, and fulfillment, no fluff, just action
- Keep things moving, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
- Be the go-to on the floor: scheduling, coaching, managing safety, and driving results
- Bring creative ideas to our marketing and promotions! We love fresh thinking
- Partner with leadership to level-up processes and performance
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You can coach, motivate, and keep people accountable without breaking a sweat
- Inventory systems, POS tech, and quoting systems? You’re fluent
- You know how to deliver outstanding service and still hit the numbers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty or jump in to help the team
- Bonus points if you’ve got ASE certs, social media savvy, or logistics experience
