Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative – Mobile Department
Location : Greensboro Headquarters – Greensboro, NC
Hourly Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Hours : 50 hours per week (includes rotating Saturday schedule)

Responsibilities :
Service Coordination & Workflow Management (70-80%)
Accurately input and update service orders, job details, and technician schedulesMaintain real-time job tracking for internal use and customer updatesEnsure proper documentation for compliance and reportingCustomer Service & Communication
Serve as a main point of contact for customers regarding service updates and schedulingHandle incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionProactively address customer concerns and provide timely updatesTechnician Scheduling & Support
Manage daily schedules for mobile technicians, ensuring maximum efficiencyQuickly reallocate resources to accommodate urgent service requestsMaintain clear communication with technicians regarding job details, required parts, and toolsQuoting & Estimation
Generate accurate job quotes based on technician assessmentsEnsure quotes are properly documented within the service system for quick approvalsParts & Inventory Support
Coordinate with the Parts Coordinator to ensure necessary parts are ordered and availableMinimize delays by optimizing the parts tracking processQualifications :
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracyExcellent customer service skills, including professional phone and email communicationStrong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt and problem-solve quickly to meet customer and technician needsExperience in service coordination and quoting; prior experience as a Service Advisor, Dispatcher, or similar role is a plusProficiency with service management software, AI tools, Microsoft products, and digital communication platformsAvailability for a rotating Saturday schedule as part of operational needsWhat We Offer :

Maintain 98% accuracy in service order documentationRespond to 95% of customer inquiries within one hour during business hoursProvide 95% of quotes within four hours of requestEnsure daily schedule updates to prevent conflicts and ensure efficiencyThis role is similar to an automotive dealership service advisor but is dedicated exclusively to supporting our mobile service operations, which provide heavy-duty diesel maintenance, repair, and service. Our technicians are strategically positioned across North Carolina and the country, delivering on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs wherever they are needed
