- Preferred candidate should have experience supervising crews with multiple techs.
- We are seeking an individual who has a great attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high demand situations. We are a rapidly growing operation that needs a leader that can manage the team and help build a unified company culture.
- The successful candidate will ensure personal appearance is clean and professional.
- We consider this to be more of a desk position, you will have a supervisor that will be your right hand to help supervise on-site work.
- Should also have all required certifications.
- Should know Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Mitigate / Mica, & should have experience working with TPA's.
- Candidates will be required to pass a state background check, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call, as needed, and willing to travel if needed.
- Pay will be discussed based on experience
