Inventory Support

Your essential duties:
- Accurately receive purchase orders into ERP system, ensuring correct item, location, and quantity align with expected quantities, facilitating communication to resolve discrepancies when product does not arrive as expected.
- Proactively identify outbound sales orders with product shortages and collaborate with internal departments to develop sales order fulfillment plans.
- Track inbound deliveries to distribution centers to ensure timely arrival and proactively communicate delays that may impact customer deliveries.
- Ensure distribution centers have all necessary item specifications for new products to support strategic put away planning.
- Maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution center operations, providing weekly reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Process daily inventory adjustments to maintain alignment with ERP and distribution center warehouse management system.
- Monitor Return Merchandise Authorizations from pick up to receipt ensuring proper investigation and verification is done upon arrival at the distribution center.
- Review outbound bill of ladings (BOL) to confirm all items and quantities shipped as expected.
- Support our repack program by developing requests for quotes for projects and communicate details to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Track repack projects from material delivery through completion, including new item set up and financial analysis to assess finished project cost.
Your education:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
You must have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Advanced critical thinking.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and custom formulas).
- Experience working within ERP systems.
