Position Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Director of Technology will:
- Oversee technology operations, systems, technology staff, and third-party providers.
- Take an active role in developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy (cloud, information systems, cyber security, communication systems)
- Develop, manage, and track the technology department's annual budget.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs; develop a roadmap to implement solutions based on Company prioritization.
- Ensure smooth delivery and operation of technology services by monitoring systems performance.
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve organizational efficiency, and minimize manual administration, workflow bottlenecks, and repetitive data entry.
- Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to staff on various technology systems.
- Responsible for scoping various technology projects.
- Fully understand, provide guidance, and administer NFF technology policies and procedures accurately and consistently.
- Other duties and projects as required.
Compensation: The NFF offers competitive compensation and benefits. The salary range for this position is $126,800 with the ability to grow to $160,200 and above.

Requirements
Education and Qualifications: NFF expects the Senior Director of Technology to possess the following educational and experiential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience overseeing information technology projects.
- Experience managing third-party vendors.
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, cyber security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent project management and the ability to work under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships at various staff and management levels and across various functions.
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
