This role is pivotal in negotiating contracts, resolving grievances, and ensuring effective communication between bargaining units and management. The Labor Specialist works closely with the Director of Labor Services to implement labor goals and programs, ensuring that all labor-related matters are managed effectively.
Skills & Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of labor relations and laws, especially within a law enforcement arena. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with law enforcement personnel at various government levels is essential. An automobile and a valid driver’s license are required.
