Position responsibilities:
- Measures and adds concentrate, sweeteners and ingredients as required by formula.
- Tends to product mixing kettles.
- Operates switches to control volume and product flow to filler, pumps, and etc.
- Perform on-line QA checks and record data collected: do seam tow motor certification.
- Other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and experience:
- Reading, writing, numeracy, oral communication, problem solving.
Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate / GED
SQF Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Support SQF requirements by maintaining food safety plan and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and Kosher product requirements.
- Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action and or Food Defense issues to the Food Safety and Quality Department.
Safety Responsibilities:

Likewise, food safety is a key performance indicator. Understanding this, GMP and housekeeping procedures are to be followed as part of any job at our facility.
