Field Operations Supervisor – Wilcox, PA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of the Clermont Gathering System
• Operate the gathering system in accordance with the O&M manual and procedures
• Direct and assist supervision of third-party operators and roustabouts
• Coordinate required Midstream facility and production changes
• Pigging operations, water management, filtration optimization and reliability initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree with concentrations in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related discipline; or High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Three years’ relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot operational issues in a proactive manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $60,500 - $112,000.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
