Beverage Cart Attendant/Bartender

Overview
The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service while serving beverages and snacks on the course or designated areas. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong time management skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have access to refreshments while enjoying their time.

Duties

• Serve a variety of beverages and snacks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart at all times.
• Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and promote sales through upselling techniques.
• Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
• Assist in bussing tables or cleaning up areas as needed to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
• Collaborate with café staff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service and availability of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needs for restocking supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers while maintaining quality service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing sales accurately.
• Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, as this role may involve outdoor service.

Pay: $13.25 - $16.84 per hour
