As an Engineering Manager within Digital, Data and Technology (DD&T), you will be leading the engineering delivery for a range of programmes in the Engineering Solutions area.
This role is based in Warwick, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home.

Key Accountabilities
- Developing and leading high performing, multi-discipline engineering teams to generate engineering solutions that meet the Customer needs
- Ownership of the engineering delivery strategy and resource profile based on the engineering estimates to ensure the delivery of the project
- Managing the interfaces with the overall delivery strategy for the wider programme
- Work with the Senior Delivery Manager to define the organisation and work breakdown required to deliver to the Customer needs
- Defining the engineering team’s work packages in terms of resources required, budgets assigned to each task, risks and assumptions on these and the timescales to deliver within
- Planning and prioritisation of activities required to deliver the solution to the contract schedule, costs and quality
- Day to day management of the engineering team’s activities ensuring proactive management of issues, opportunities and risks
- Working with Scrum Master to reporting of the engineering efficiency for the project
- Act as the People Manager for the engineering team on the project and provide feedback into the people manager reviews with the functional discipline leads

A competitive salary between £64,000 – 90,000 – dependent on experience and capability.
