About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Report Development to join our Financial Data Reporting Office (FDRO). As a Manager of Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, design, and delivery of technical reports and dashboards that provide valuable business insights derived from data analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Reporting Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reporting content that support data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Report Developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and workflow pain points. Provide recommendations on reporting solutions formats, layouts, and delivery mechanisms.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to design, implement, and maintain robust reporting solutions that effectively communicate complex data analysis findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Be vocal in proposing technical solutions to stakeholders based on best-practices, avoid manual or "offline" reporting solutions where possible.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data visualization and reporting techniques.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering FDRO members and IT to enhance data warehouse and technical reporting capabilities.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of technical reports, adhering to established quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting technical reports.
- Stay informed about data privacy and security regulations to ensure compliance in report development.
Supervisory / Interpersonal- Experience Required

Annual Salary
137,000-$161,000
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
