Job PurposeOperations Clerk provides clerical and administrative support to one of various OperationsSupport functions throughout the Operations Support Jurisdictional Departments. All otherduties usually assigned this classifcationKey AccountabilitiesPerform clerical work and related duties for any Operations Support JurisdictionalDepartment as assigned.Clerk will handle and process all internal customer requests by face-to-face meetings,correspondence, telephone, or other applicable technology.Responsible for clerical functions in all Operations Support utilizing computer programs(including but not limited to STORMS, PLM, ARCOS, SAP, PORD, Microsoft Offce).Travel to other platforms to perform clerical work when the Company determines the need.QualificationsMust be able to operate offce equipment such as computer, calculator, copier / scanner / fax.Must have high school diploma or equivalent.Type approximately 25 words per minute.Must have the ability to converse intelligently in a pleasant, understandable, and helpful manner with departmentstaff, internal and external customers.Must be a legible penman, profcient in fling and offce procedures, and must be able to assume responsibilitiesfor routine clerical work.Must have the ability to pass accepted clerical standard tests.Must have the ability to acquire a sufficient knowledge of Company policies and practices toprepare and maintain various forms, records and reports required in department.Working Conditions / Physical Requirements : Employee may be required to work during heavy activity periods and emergency situations.Must possess and maintain valid driver's license with no restrictions on hours of operationsMore InformationSalary Hourly $26.31Many of the terms and conditions of employment for this position are defined by a collective bargaining agreement that the Company has with a local union.
