Job Purpose
This role supports the Network Operations (DSO-DERMS) digital value stream, which drives development and implementation of digital products that ensure operation of the electric distribution network is safe, reliable, and optimized for the benefit of our customers.
These products and the load flexibility they enable are critical as the electric network becomes increasingly complex and constrained from deployment of DERs and electrification of heat and transportation. The goals of the DSO / DERMS value stream are to provide DER customers with a DER management ecosystem including connection options, flexible service offerings, and the decision support needed to effectively participate in flexibility markets and maximize ROI.
You will play a critical role in preparing the organization for a clean energy future. You will accomplish this through driving adoption of people, process and technology driven changes associated with DSO-DERMS capabilities, listed below.

Downstate NY Salary : $162,000 - $190,000 a year
Upstate NY Salary : $134,000 - $158,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
