Football Referee

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Referee to officiate football games for professional leagues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. This role is essential in ensuring fair play and maintaining a positive environment for all participants.

Duties

• Officiate football games, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the sport.
• Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and spectators regarding calls made during the game.
• Manage conflicts on the field, addressing any disputes or issues that arise in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintain an impartial stance while enforcing rules and making judgment calls during gameplay.
• Collaborate with other referees and officials to ensure smooth game operations.
• Provide guidance to younger players on sportsmanship and fair play principles.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations.
• Previous experience in sports coaching or officiating is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey decisions and instructions.
• Ability to manage conflicts and maintain composure under pressure.
• Experience working with adults in a sports setting is highly desirable.
• A passion for sports and promoting a positive experience for all participants.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
